"I make these posts in memory of my mother - to let her know I'm staying out of trouble"

During the winter months we work much more in the studio setting. It is more comfortable but there are distractions around, telephones, computers, piles of laundry - there are some strategies we can use of we have these sorts of distractions to make sure we give ourselves the best chance of producing stellar artwork. I seem to do well with habits and so I try to work at the same time every morning / afternoon - this schedule gives my brain an expectation and an opportunity a couple of hours to paint.
