One of the oldest open air markets in the US is the Haymarket – just at the gateway to the north end in Boston. Since the early 1800s, the market has been serving bargains for fresh produce to the locals and Tourists. It’s a great place to spend the day plan on air painting. Last Friday we had great weather and an opportunity to paint in the open air. The sketch is from that trip.
