Such a treat to read this! I've been out twice - Once to the Assabet Refuge in Sudbury, Mass. Was able to park and walk a short distance to a spot viewing the marsh. And, the Gristmill at the Wayside Inn to paint the stream around the gristmill. My kit now is watercolor and gouache, leaving the oil paints behind for a while. So glad you had a nice outing.
